Although summer is without a doubt my favorite season, fall has its perks too! We all need a little reminder sometimes, when the temperatures drop and the free time disappears, that fall can be just as great as summer 🙂 Here are 10 reasons why fall is so awesome:

Okay, this isn’t really a thing for me but I don’t have to wear a bikini anymore so let’s just call the massive amounts of food I’m about to eat bulking season - Less frequent leg shaving
I’m wearing pants, guys, I’m not shaving my legs every three days anymore. - Comfort food
Pumpkin everything, richer and yummier foods! - Halloween
My favorite holiday 🙂 - Thanksgiving
Once again…food. - Fall clothes
Beanies are actually the best thing for bad hair days and flannels couldn’t be more comfortable. - Fall activities
Apple picking, hay rides, and pumpkin carving all make for great Instagrams - Cuddle weather
It’s cuffing season!! Find yourself a significant other and commence the cuddling.
I favor summer most too and usually only see Fall as a precursor to Winter, but I’m loving these gorgeous days we’re having lately and I’m cleaning/organizing/remodeling/renovating my house mode, which is rejuvenating. You’re right! Fall isn’t so bad after all.

I have always wondered why Americans refer to the season we (in the UK) call Autumn as Fall. I suspect it is to do with the fact that leaves fall from the trees. I love crunching through newly fallen leaves and relish the scents eminating from them. Autumn/Fall is also a time for reflection. The dying of the year is evident as the leaves turn brown and reminds me and, I am sure others of our own mortality. There is a kind of melancholy beauty in this time of year. Kevin

I’m not sure why we call it fall, we call it autumn too 🙂 I read something the other day about how the leaves falling off the trees reminds us how lovely it is to let the dead things go.

I like Fall (Autumn) Winter clothes so much more than I like my Spring/Summer clothes. Hoodies/leather jacket/jumpers are my favourite things to wear. 🙂
