Summer Bucket List Progress

Summer is my favorite season but it goes by so fast as a working adult. I don’t have any kind of summer hours anymore and my time off has been limited since we went to Thailand. I do take advantage of doing a lot of summery type things in September, but this is where I’ve gotten so far!

  1. Go to Thailand!
  2. Learn how to play the guitar
  3. Read 10 books
  4. Have a picnic
  5. Visit Rhode Island
  6. Go to a concert
  7. Make a local friend
  8. Go to the gym 3 times a week
  9. Visit home
  10. Reach 3,500 WordPress followers
  11. Take a walk once a week with boyfriend
  12. Have an intentional date night at least once a month
  13. Go hiking 3 different times
  14. Go to a sporting event
  15. Visit a sunflower field
  16. Keep up on laundry!!
  17. Visit a New Hampshire beach
  18. Find ways to manage stress
  19. Clean out my closet and donate old clothes
  20. Visit Martha’s Vineyard
  21. Check out a local winery
  22. Try a new recipe
  23. Go to the Boston aquarium

  1. I need to make more local friends too! It’s hard when you’re working, in a relationship, etc. your time is limited. I’m so jealous you went to Thailand!

  2. I love that “keep up with laundry” is on your bucket list. There are only two people in my house and somehow we manage to accumulate so much laundry. Keeping up with it is almost impossible. I hardly ever get around to actually putting clean clothes away. I tend to live out of a basket of clean clothes until it’s time to do laundry again. It’s bad.
