As a fall junkie, I decided to do a rating on iced pumpkin coffees for the season! I came into this never having a pumpkin spice coffee before, here are my ratings:
1. Dunkin’s Iced Pumpkin Coffee
0/10, not a fan. This is just a regular iced coffee with a pumpkin flavor swirl. It doesn’t taste like pumpkin, just an overly sweet artificial flavor. Would not recommend, I tried pouring half out and more could brew in and still couldn’t even finish it.
2. Dunkin’s Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte
6/10, sweet but not in a gross way like the regular pumpkin coffee. Has a much better flavor, but still had a little bit of that weird artificial flavor. It’s not something I could have every day.
3. Starbucks Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew
9/10, all the pumpkin flavor seems to be in the pumpkin cream which is fine it’s just not super flavorful. This is a way better option if you don’t like your coffee sweet.
4. Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino
7/10, comparable to Dunkin’s Iced Latte. Very sweet, but with a good pumpkin flavor – better flavor than Dunkin in my opinion! The calories doe 💀
5. Wawa’s Pumpkin Cold Brew
3/10 I think if it had just one less pump of pumpkin it would be better and less sweet. But the flavor is much better than Dunkin’s pumpkin flavor shots, just not a flavor I’d want again.
6. Wawa’s Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte
3/10 It tasted the same as the one above, just with milk and whipped cream. I also forgot to take a pic before I drank it – woops!
7. Aroma Joe’s Perfect Pumpkin Latte
6/10 the pumpkin spice syrup isn’t as sweet, it’s more savory with a strong nutmeg flavor. Pretty good just not my favorite.
8. Quickchek Pumpkin Spice Frozen Latte
5/10 this one was pretty good and had a different flavor than most of the other pumpkin spices.
9. Quickchek Pumpkin Spice Ice Latte
2/10 The whipped cream and the consistency of the frozen latte really help out the pumpkin spice syrup, but this regular latte wasn’t very good.
So the winner is the Starbucks Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew! I have always been a Dunkin girl with a little bit of Wawa splashed in so I never thought I’d say I prefer a Starbucks drink! The Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew is just shoulders above the rest. And now I will never drink another pumpkin spice coffee again.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts and being the guinea pig. The closest Duncan to me is on a college campus, so it’s not super accessible and I don’t have a local WaWa (eternal 😦 ). There is a Starbucks near by, but due to their overt politicking in my community and essentially strong-arming a local coffee shop out of business, I refuse to spend my monies there. Though the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew sounds heavenly…

So I just had to share… I just finished orchestrating my 3rd blood drive today and as a thank you, the regional director gave me a $20 starbucks gift card. Guess I’m trying the pumpkin cream cold brew after all. 😋

I tried the PCCB today. I’d give it a 6/10. It was pretty good, but there are other drinks I’d prefer to order over this one.

I love the Pumpkin Spice frapp from Starbucks! I give it a 9/10. It is indeed sweet but has good flavor. I just wish it tasted more natural (tastes a bit fake to me). Last year I found myself buying so many pumpkin spice frapps that I started making a DIY version at home. You can find “pumpkin spice” in the spice section at the grocery store. I didn’t know that this kinda thing even existed!
We don’t have Dunkin’ Donuts in Canada 🇨🇦

I had a iced chai latte with pumpkin from Starbucks and I’d give it a solid 8/10 mixed great with the cinnamon in the chai
