Spring Bucket List

Let’s just pretend that winter is fully over and soon the weather will be much better and we can enjoy more time outside and hopefully get this pandemic thing behind us. Here’s my spring bucket list!

  1. Change my hair
  2. Turn 28
  3. Hike 2 new locations
  4. Read 2 books
  5. Finish the embroidery project I’ve been working on for far too long
  6. Go down the shore
  7. Take a walk outside once a week
  8. Try a new coffee shop
  9. Watch 3 sunsets
  10. Actually take a trip?
  11. Find a new local NJ activity spot to check out
  12. Try a new donut place
  13. Lose 5 more lbs
  14. Eat outside once a week (we just got new patio furniture!)
  15. Become fully vaccinated

What are you looking forward to this spring?

      1. True, but this whole experience has brought up a lot of questions about whether or not I’m really in the right place, and whether it would be worth it to move away and start over at this point my life. There are a lot of things to consider, and it’ll all depend on how quickly things get back to normal, and how normal things even get in the first place, and right now I don’t know what that’ll look like.

      2. That kind of sounded insensitive… sorry, I didn’t mean it that way… I meant that I was probably in the most positive job situation I’ve ever been in before COVID happened, and I don’t know if that is ever coming back. I know a lot of people have it worse off than me, though. Like I said, it’s a complicated decision with a lot to consider.

      1. I would recommend it for anyone. We only have a small porch, and we live in an apartment so all of my flowers are in pots, but already it adds so much to my day, a nice calming excuse to be outside that lifts my spirits every time I open my door and see all the beautiful colors.
