If we were having coffee this month I’d tell you the year of domestic travel lives on. And even though I’ve already been to DC, it was nice to go on a low-stakes getaway.
I’d also tell you we went to the Philadelphia Flower Show which is something I’ve heard a lot about but never had the chance to attend. I made my own flower crown and think it might be time to take on another hobby!
I’d tell you that I’m sad that June is over because summers just fly by so quickly these days. In between being busy with work, having COVID over my birthday, and trying to keep up with friends and family…it’s just been a lot. But in a good way. I really want to be able to savor summer a little bit more though!
Tell me one good thing from your June in the comments!
I got to create this month!

I saw Barenaked Ladies with Gin Blossoms and Toad the Wet Sprocket opening. It was a great show. Three of my favorite bands from back when music was good.

Even though I haven’t traveled anywhere, this week of vacation I’m having has been incredibly relaxing.

I’m currently laying in bed in an AirBnB in St. Paul, MN itching to go whitewater rafting later in the day. Yay for adventure and domestic travel!

Loving life in our new home and the adventure of setting up the place and getting stuck into having a base again.
