Summer is my favoriteeee season! Because summer is so different when you’re out of school and working, it took me a while to adjust to that summer, care-free feeling. Mostly because I still have a lot of cares, like a lot of them. But I’m making big plans and my list is below – what will you be doing this summer?

  1. Go Blonder
  2. Read 10 books
  3. Go to the gym frequently
  4. Visit 3 out of state locations
  5. Go hiking in 3 places
  6. Go kayaking
  7. Start taking more pride in my appearance
  8. Make more plans with friends
  9. Make content calendar for instagram
  10. Reach 2,000 WordPress followers
  11. Reach 7,000 Instagram followers
  12. Reach 550 likes on Facebook
  13. Find my independence
  14. Get a pet
  15. Keep my apartment clean for more than a week
  16. Visit Grounds for Sculpture
  17. Go to a sporting event
  18. Buy concert tickets
  19. Adjust my routine

The Hookup On: My Updated Spring Bucket List

The spring bucket list has gotten a slow start, mostly because half of spring is cold and rainy so it’s hard to get out and do things. This is also wayyyy more ambitious than my fall and winter bucket list – but I’m determined to get it done!

  1. Visit 3 out of state/country locations
  2. Go to a NYCFC soccer game
    I’m hoping I can go to another one!
  3. Visit wolf preserve
  4. Hit over 7,000 Instagram followers
  5. Go blonder
  6. Completely furnish my apartment
  7. Make more time for friends
  8. Learn to knit baby booties
    They are ready for my niece or nephew who is coming in August πŸ™‚
  9. Turn 24
  10. Go to the gym at least 3 times a week
  11. Host a game night
    Highly recommend you buy the Oregon Trail card game, it is so. fun.
  12. Treat myself to the list of lush items and clothing items I’ve been wanting
  13. Stop eating donuts every week
  14. Hit over 2,000 WordPress followers
  15. Feel healthier overall
  16. Go hiking in 3 different locations
  17. Be my best self

The Hookup On: 13 Halloween Movies To Watch This October

I’m not a huge fan of scary movies, but I am a huge fan of creepy, weird, and dark Halloween movies. More specifically, any Tim Burton movie. I’ve made my own list of 13 Halloween movies to watch this October, the ones bolded I’ve already watched!

The Hookup On: My Fall Bucket List

The official last day of summer is tomorrow and autumn will officially begin on September 22nd! Because my summer bucket list was such a success and allowed me to do so many things, I thought I’d make one for fall as well πŸ™‚ It’s a little less heavy, because work picks up and holidays are busy. But see below for my fall bucket list!

  1. Go pumpkin picking
  2. Visit Washington D.C.
  3. Go to 3 concerts
  4. Put together a dope Halloween costume
  5. Get in better physical shape
  6. Get a new ear piercing
  7. Learn to knit/crochet something new
  8. Save money!!
  9. Reach 2,200 Instagram followers
  10. Reach 1,500 WordPress followers
  11. Make more time for friends
  12. Become more involved at work
  13. Be happy

The Hookup On: My “Completed” Summer Bucket List

Summer is over! The official last day of summer, before fall begins, is September 21st.Β  Although I still have about a week left, I thought I’d wrap it up so I can get my fall goals and bucket list items going.Β I created this summer bucket list and basically completed it to the best of my ability. Thanks to everyone who helped me reach my goals πŸ™‚ Make sure to check out the embedded links for more info!

1.Read 15 books

Well…I tried. I think I read about 7

2. Get back into a fitness routine

3. Visit Nashville

4. Visit Washington D.C.

6. Dye my hair a crazy color
I opted for green hair chalk instead πŸ™‚

7. Shop at farmer’s markets/more locally

8. Visit the beach at least once a month

9. Paint a cooler

This one has been going well, but I’ve been more stressed than usual so I’ve added a new goal!
